Everything you need to start gaining serious muscle TODAY!

By admin On July 3, 2009No Comments

If you are like me then you know that gaining weight and building true muscle is not an easy thing to do. Yea, people will tell you to hit the gym and ….just like that you”ll be as ripped as Brad Pitt in the movie “Fight Club.” Well I tried this approach and to say the least, it got me absolutely no where.

I started out by lifting all kinds of weights thinking I’d get huge in no time. But just like anything else, you can’t just jump into something without having some sort of knowledge about what you’re doing. I was always the skinny guy and whatever I did to try and gain weight didn’t work. I ate as much as I could and then ate some more. I would go to the gym several times a week to try and bulk up, but I just wasn’t seeing the results that I wanted to see.

So I finally started researching bodybuilding and how to gain muscle. It intrigued me by how much I wasn’t aware of and how much of what I was doing was wrong! I wasted so much time trying to gain weight the wrong way and didn’t realize it until I started looking into it and finally found the one guide that completely changed my physique. The No-Nonsense Muscle Building Guide brought not just my body, but my life to the next level.  I was so sick and tired of being just skin and bones that I had to take a chance and try something new. Well by doing this, it was one of the best decision’s I’ve ever made and it could be yours too!

The only way to gain serious weight!

By admin On July 6, 2009 No Comments

If you truly want to gain weight and pack on serious muscle then you need a weight gain diet that increases your calorie intake and provides your body with the nutrients it needs to grow. Make sure your diet contains a significant amount of protein, fats and carbs.

Another excellent way to gain weight is through supplements.

If you have the money and you want to gain muscle, then there is no reason why you shouldn’t look into supplements. Whey protein or weight-gainer, and creatine are the major supplements you should use to speed up the process of gaining weight.

To gain serious muscle, you need to train hard.

And, if you eat a huge amount and don’t workout, it’ll be quite useless and it will all turn into fat. Find a workout plan and stick to it. You’ll be surprised by the amount of results you see if you train hard and eat a hardy diet.

Track and monitor your progress throughout your body transformation time period.

This is the most essential part. Without writing down your results, you won’t know how much you’re improving and you’ll lose motivation.

How to supercharge packing on the extra muscle!

By admin On July 6, 2009 6 Comments

Again, boosting your calorie intake is a must! The more protein and nutrients you eat, the more muscle you will be able to pack on. Just focus on eating more and you will see results come quickly.

Weight training isn’t easy.

Every time you’re at the gym, you’re there to strengthen your muscles, aka forcing them to go into overdrive. Work your butt off at the gym and tear your muscles apart (not literally). You should feel sore after your workout. By feeling sore you know your muscles are strengthening and getting bigger. Just remember to eat more to fill those new developing muscles.

To gain weight and pack on some serious muscle…

… you need to train for strength, not endurance or light-weights. You need to hit the weights hard. If you have to, do less repetitions in each set and pack on more weight for exercises.

Rest as much as you can.

After an intense workout, your muscles need to heal. The only way they will heal is through rest…sleeping. So, try to get a good night’s sleep after a super hard workout.

Drop the lazy attitude and motivate yourself!

By admin On July 6, 2009 No Comments

For many people, waking up early in the morning to drag yourself over to the gym is just another chore or hassle. Many people really truly want to transform their bodies, but when it comes time to hit the gym and actually do some physical activity, laziness starts to kick in and people choose the easy way out by saying, “ahh, I’ll just go tomorrow.” If you really want to gain serious muscle then you need to create a detailed goal for yourself and get motivated. Well, how do I get motivated!?

Keep and display some of your old pictures

It’s a known fact that humans respond quickly to visual stimulation. When we see a stop-sign, we stop. When we see a beautiful car, we think “man, I want that car.” This is the same thing with looking at your old pictures. We look at them and and dislike what we see. Keep looking at them throughout your transformation journey. It will give you a sweet extra kick to get you going!

Make sure you have a goal

Before you start your body transformation, think about what you want to happen to your body or what your true goals are. Without some kind of goal, you have nothing to strive for.

Write down your progress

This part is crucial to your motivation. If you are just going to the gym and you don’t know how much you’re benefiting from it, then you’ll question yourself whether or not it’s working. Write down your progress and see how much better you’re doing or how much closer you’re getting to your goals.

Look at the transformations of others

Check out some stories about how some people completely transformed their bodies. This will certainly help to get you going. Some time back, when I thought about giving up lifting weights, I used to look at these stories and this gave me a nice drive to keep on going.

Bring others along for the ride

Try to get others to join you on your journey. There’s nothing like having someone to keep you motivated along the way. And if they are new to lifting weights, show them the ropes. When they start seeing results as well, both of you might become addicted.

Keep your workout program fresh

I’ve been through it before…the same routine day after day. I used to think if I kept on doing the same thing, I would see results. Well, this is somewhat true. However, I got so incredibly bored doing the same damn routine that I didn’t want to come to the gym anymore. So I switched it up a bit. I changed the amount of reps and sets. I’d put on heavier weights for some and lighter for others. I threw in some new exercises here and there. And again, lifting weights was intriguing again. So, don’t ever have the same routine over and over again. Change it up a bit.

Stick around people with top physiques

If you want to become smart, you stick around smart people. If you want to be wealthy, you stick around people with wealthy mindsets. And if you want a great looking body, you should be around people with top physiques. Plus, most of them will give you amazing tips and help you with your routines. Just watch what they do throughout their workouts and throw one of their exercises in with yours next time. (If they have a great physique then most of them know what they’re doing)

Turn up the headphones

For me, music is one of my top motivators for going to the gym and working my butt off when I’m there. Put on some up-beat music that you like and this will definitely put you into overdrive at the gym!

Get enough sleep

Laziness is a key factor in skipping the gym. And not getting enough rest will put the icing on the cake for your decision. I know that I’m not the most energetic guy, but I try to get enough sleep. Getting a full nights rest will only help you have more energy and break down another excuse as to why you can’t go to the gym.

Mind power

Doubts, doubts and more doubts. Don’t let doubts overcome you and your goals. Visualize what you want your body to look like and believe that you will be able attain that body. Don’t just do it once, do it everyday. Heck do it whenever, the more the merrier. Your mindset is crucial to your goals. Believe you will reach your goals and you will. This part was half the battle for me. When I started using it, everything became so much easier.

10 Sources For Building Muscle Mass

10 Sources for Building Muscle Mass – How to gain muscle

It’s your power hour. We’re assuming you have about sixty minutes to do your thing in the gym. We’re also assuming that you want to conserve your power energy for you blast sessions, and not for when you’re sorting socks or rotating your tires. Hence, throughout the week, you want indulge yourself in foods that are heavy in the calories, the carbohydrates, and the proteins. Yes, some of them may contain small to moderate amounts of fat, but then again, your body needs some fat, too. Here are ten food suggestions that will add power to your workout hour.

Let’s start out with the carbohydrates. For one, pizza is great (just stay away from the fatty toppings and go for a low-fat cheese). What you have is a nice carbohydrate and protein pie. Toss on a few healthier toppings like peppers and onions for additional vitamins and minerals. Oatmeal is also an excellent choice. Simply place it in a bowl and add some hot water. What you have is one of the best sources of carbohydrates, and a quick burst of energy that will propel you through your training session. Oatmeal is also good with vitamin-rich blueberries and strawberries. Finally, pasta, packed with 50 grams of carbohydrates per cup (mixed in with a little tomato sauce), is a tasty choice and is loaded with muscle-building proteins.

Fat isn’t all bad. Anything associated with butter – as peanut butter surely is – usually leads to the dreaded three-letter word. Although peanuts are plenty fattening indeed, they’re also planters of a number of rich nutrients like potassium, zinc, and vitamin E. Yogurt is also a smart choice – it’s sweet, it’s smooth, and it’s sensational. Yogurt is not only a soothing refreshment for fitness fanatics, but it also blends a healthy balance of proteins and carbohydrates. Highly recommended comes the low-fat version.

Dan Quayle may not be able to spell them but I’m sure he knows about their nutritional significance. Potatoes are perhaps the best source of carbohydrates you’ll find, packing some 30 grams inside of your average 4-ounce potato. Eggs are great, too. How do you like them anyway? It doesn’t really matter because any way you flip them, boil them, fry them, or scramble them, the truth is that they’re loaded with protein. However, try to spare yourself of the egg’s yolk, for it is packed with fat and cholesterol.

Whey protein isolate makes a lot of sense too (almost a no brainer). Why else would they have a juice bar at nearly every health club throughout America? The ideal protein drink, if you can blend it with a carbohydrate-rich powder, will consist of 25% protein and 60% carbohydrates.

Finally, good old fashioned skinless chicken breasts and water take spots nine and ten. Chicken, in all forms, is loaded with protein, approximately 35 grams for a 4-ounce breast. We obviously recommend them grilled or baked as opposed to fried. Water should be drunk by the gallon. Actually, about a gallon a day – or perhaps eight glasses – is ideal, since your body cannot function without it. However, too much water may be detrimental to your fitness quest for it could be flushing out the minerals and vitamins that you need. Remember, everything in moderation, even water.

I Can’t Tell You How Many Times I Wanted To Pull My Hair Out When Learning The Secrets To Success Online

By admin On November 4, 2009 No Comments

I can’t tell you how many times I felt like ripping my hair out by the roots while marketing my Internet business the way I use to. That may seem a bit extreme to you, but thats how determined I was to succeed in this industry…and it drove me crazy when my marketing efforts were failing again and again.

For quite some time I struggled, not understanding why I couldn’t get a single sale. I was doing everthing right! Promoting an awesome looking company website that I was sure would work.

Calling all my friends and family and telling them about my new websites. I was even doing home-meetings and 1-on-1’s to get me to that $20K+ per month residual income…

Post Cycle Therapy Supplements

By admin On November 1, 2009 No Comments

So, you decided to take the plunge and did your first steroid cycle. The muscular gains you made were incredible, and your strength went through the roof. On the downside, all that fun is over and you’ve come to the end of your cycle. You don’t want to lose that impressive mass of new muscle, so what to do now to retain it? Luckily, bodybuilders have been dealing with this situation for years, and there are a whole slew of ways you can keep most of what you gained.

Post Cycle Therapy can be done effectively with more drugs, such as clomid or HCG, or you can do it with over the counter nutritional supplements. For arguments sake, let’s say you’ve decided to go the supplement route. You want to focus on supplements that will help you get your natural testosterone levels up and pumping once again.

Anabolic steroids may suppress your naturally occurring testosterone production, and that can lead to many undesirable side-effects such as:

· Decreased sex drive
· Depression
· Slower muscle recovery
· Decreased energy levels
· Loss of muscle mass

Not just any old bodybuilding supplements will do if you’re coming off a steroid cycle. Focus should be put on those supplements that help to naturally increase testosterone levels, such as andros and herbal test boosters.

Some of the benefits to using these testosterone-boosting supplements are:

· Increased libido
· Enhanced muscle recovery
· Elevated strength levels
· More solid looking muscles
· Improved muscle pumps

Prohormones are actually precursors to human steroid hormones. This means that they are not hormones themselves, but once they are ingested, your body will convert them into an actual steroid hormone through a biological process. These anabolic steroid alternatives have often been praised as “legal anabolic steroids.” Recently, many of these prohormones have come under fire by the FDA and some have even been banned.

Tribulus Terrestris has been around for years as an natural steroid alternative. During the 1990’s, bodybuilders and athletes alike began to use tribulus supplements for their potential muscle building properties. Tribulus does not act directly on test production, but rather it stimulates the body’s production of luteinizing hormone, or LH. An increase in LH tells your body to naturally produce more testosterone. Tribulus is a safe and natural way to improve your testosterone levels for PCT.

ZMA is another widely used and all natural testosterone booster. The combination of the two minerals – zinc and magnesium aspartate – makes up the basis for ZMA. In males, the prostate has one of the highest concentrations of zinc, and using zinc supplements helps to naturally produce more testosterone. Magnesium helps to induce a deeper and better quality sleep because it has natural muscle relaxing qualities. Because of this, ZMA supplements are best taken before bed. The ZMA combination is also very beneficial to muscle recovery after those brutal workouts.

It is also vitally important that once you finish your steroid cycle that you do not stop weight training. While you may not be able to lift the same heavy weights you could during your steroid cycle, your muscles still need to be challenged in order to gain permanent growth. Be sure to train your largest muscle groups, back and quads, with heavy weights as well. Stimulating your back and quads will also cause your body to produce higher test levels.

By combining all of these aspects, you can be sure that your PCT will be adequate to improve your testosterone levels and help you keep most of your gains from your steroid cycle.

Alternative Steroids

By admin On October 30, 2009 No Comments

Over the last decade, steroids in society have been one of the most popular topics in this country. Once thought only as a bodybuilding drug, anabolic steroids have worked its way into mainstream sports like Baseball and Football. With constant media attention and new drug testing laws, athletes have turned to steroid alternative supplements. These pro steroids offer similar muscular gains and less harmful side affects that are commonly associated with steroids. muscle building supplements have come a long way since the day of nasty tasting protein powders and handfuls of vitamins.

If you take a look in any athlete’s locker or kitchen, chances are that they will have some whey protein powder or creatine. Now more than ever athletes are looking to gain an edge on the competition by smarter training techniques and incorporating sports supplements into their arsena. Steroids are a proven performance booster that helps athletes train harder and longer than athletes who are clean. Steroid alternative supplements bridge the gap between nutritional supplements and anabolic steroids. pre steroids can be safe and effective for the drug-tested athlete.

Here are a few benefits from using a legal steroid:

· Elevate testosterone levels
· Reduce body fat
· Build muscle fast
· Increased libido levels
· Feeling of well being

Professional athletes are not the only athletes who can benefit greatly from steroid alternatives. With new technology and a higher demand for alternative steroids, bodybuilders are reaching new levels because of new anabolic technology. For years the sport of bodybuilding has been associated with steroids. Every time a person looks at a bodybuilder the first thing that most people think is steroids. Legal steroids allow the bodybuilder to reap the benefits of bodybuilding drugs without the unwanted side effects and legal risk. Prohormones are not only great for the bodybuilder but also the sport as these sports nutrition products will continue to gain in popularity because of the danger of steroids. If the athletes can clean up, so can the sport of bodybuilding. The wide spread use of preformance enhancing drugs is what has kept the sport of bodybuilding from going mainstream. Hopefully the effectiveness of pro steroids will make its way into the hardcore gyms throughout the world.

In 2005 the Clean Sports Act was approved. This bill was developed to strengthen the testing procedures and toughen the penalties for the use of anabolic steroids in American sports. So if you are thinking about buying steroids you should think again. Possession of steroids can lead to a prison sentence. Steroids alternative supplements are the future of sports nutrition.

How To Use Whey Protein Supplements

By admin On October 29, 2009 No Comments

Just like a car needs gas to run, the human body needs food. In gas you are limited to just 1 or 2 different types of fuels, but in food you must get a variety of different nutrients in optimum quantities to keep your body healthy.

Proteins are one of the most important nutrients for the body. The body needs proteins to perform many vital functions, and they are also the basic building blocks for the body, needed for bone and muscle formation. That is why you must take protein supplements if you feel that you are not getting enough proteins from food.

Meat products are the richest form of proteins, although most vegetables do not have much protein content, many pulses and grains do have proteins. If you are a vegetarian you should definitely make milk and milk products an important part of your diet.

Protein supplements are vital if you have an active lifestyle. If you work out, or play daily then taking protein supplements is essential to encourage muscle repair and growth. Without protein supplements you run the risk of torn muscles than become a permanently painful entity.

In most cases protein supplements do not have any negative effect on the body and can be taken safely everyday. However if you are using a very powerful form of protein than it might be advisable to consult a dietician or a doctor to make sure that you don’t put undue stress on your kidneys.

In many disease proteins play an important part in recovery, for example they are an important part of the crohns nutrition that is designed to prevent damage from Chron’s disease.

Whey protein supplements are safe and used casually by people for an additional method of antioxidant intake to bodybuilders with a conscious effort of weight gain. Whey is best know for its ability to assist in building muscle mass. Increased muscle mass also produces weight gain as muscle out weighs fat. Body builders work extremely hard at turning that additional weight gain into a ripped body.

The weight gained from whey protein supplements should be managed through a ridged workout schedule combined with a formatted protein diet. By following a regulated workout routine, the increased muscle mass can produce awesome results. You must stick with the exercise and workout routine to prevent the possible heavy weight gain from ending up in places you rather it not be. Stay driven and the whey protein drinks and bars will pay off.

Because whey protein supplements can produce negative effects when not properly managed through a good diet and exercise program, it is advised to seek advice on your whey protein diet. Bodybuilding trainers and diet professionals can provide answers to whether or not a protein diet is right for you. Remember, most name brand manufacturers have websites. They normally reply to any email question concerning their products.

NOTE: It is advised to consult a health care practitioner before starting any diet.

To see the possible results of whey protein supplements, you should visit a local gym. Talk to the manager and find a few regulars that maintain a thorough workout program. Without getting to personal, you can ask about their consumption of whey protein supplements. You will surely find that many combine whey protein with a ridged workout schedule to cultivate weight gain and turn it into ripped muscle mass. remaining devoted to the program is generally the answer to how they get positive results.

Devotedness to the routine as well as to the supplements remains at the top of the success factor list. Anaerobic workouts are used for sculpting the abs, pectorals, triceps and deltoids. Remember, you will not get the body of the hulk by consuming whey protein and talking about circuit training. You must stay devoted to the workout program as well as the protein diet.

It should not be an issue finding the right workout program and protein diet for you. Determine what you goal is and your available time. Set a schedule and stick to it. Devotion is the name of the game. Continue working out no matter what supplement you decide on.

The proper workout routine combined with whey protein supplements will provide you with the ability to develop the ripped body of your dreams.
